Registration
Thank you for your interest in registering your pilgrimage group with Mission Jeunesse MTL. Before proceeding, please consult the following information:
Please take a moment to carefully read the information on this page so you don’t miss a step in the registration process.
The first deposit (1200 $ CAD for F1, F2, F3; 600$ CAD for SVFJ) is non-refundable.
Registration closes on March 15, 2025. Places are limited. Please ensure that each step is completed promptly to secure your place.
STEP 1: GROUP REGISTRATION
- The group leader registers the group online.
- The non-refundable fee for opening a file is payable at the time of group registration:
- $200 (groups of 5 and under)
- $250 (groups of 6 to 10 pilgrims)
- $325 (groups of 11 to 15 pilgrims)
- $400 (groups of 16 to 20 pilgrims)
- $475 (groups of 21 pilgrims and more)
- Mission Jeunesse MTL will review the group registration and send a confirmation email to the group leader with the instructions for the individual registration of the group members, along with a unique group code, within 2 working days.
- Please carefully fill out the registration form. Each modification requested following the registration will incur a $150 fee. NO EXCEPTION.
What you will need for the group registration
- Group leader attestation form Completed in PDF format (max. 400KB)
Name the file: Attestation_Group Name.pdf
Ex. Attestation_Group Carlo Acutis.pdf - Valid email address This email address should be shared with all members of the pilgrimage group. All communication with the Mission Jeunesse coordination team will be done through this email. Therefore, the group leader must make sure to use a valid email address.
- One package for the WYD group
- Language for registration purposes For logistical reasons, certain services might be assigned according to the language indicated in the group’s registration. Please choose either FRENCH or ENGLISH for your group, even if your group communicates bilingually internally.
- Roles and special cases
- Identify the roles of each pilgrim (group leader, assistant, spiritual guide, priest, etc.)
- Pilgrims with special needs and their companion
- Group leaders must contact Mission Jeunesse MTL before the group registration if they would like to request a pastoral exception for the participation of a 17 yr old minor with their parent or legal guardian.
STEP 2: INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATIONS
1. The group leader forwards the confirmation email as soon as possible with instructions for individual registration to ALL members of the group.
2. Each pilgrim (including the group leader and all assistant leaders) registers individually within 2 working days after the group leader receives the confirmation email with instructions from Mission Jeunesse MTL. The individual registration begins on the Mission Jeunesse MTL registration page, and ends on the Spiritours order page where each pilgrim must make their first non-refundable payment of 1200$CAD (F1,F2,F3) or 600$ (SVFJ) to save a spot in the package. Each modification requested following the registration will incur a $150 fee. NO EXCEPTION.
3. For each individual registration, the group leader will receive a confirmation email. If any registration does not correspond to the group, they must inform Mission Jeunesse immediately.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THE INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION
The confirmation email from the group registration (that the group leader forwards to all group members) containing:
- The unique group code
- Group leader’s valid email address
- Guidelines for individual registration

- A pastoral exception must be requested by the group leader, and approved by Mission Jeunesse MTL before the registration of Pilgrims that are minors travelling with a parent or legal guardian
* If you register after multiple payments have become due, all past-due payments must be made at the time of registration. Please consult the payment schedule, amounts, and the cancellation policies in the Terms and Conditions.
STEP 3: UPDATING GROUP DOSSIER AND DEPOSITS
The group leader:
- Follows up with each pilgrim to ensure that their registration and payments are up to date. Any documentation that could not be uploaded at the time of individual registration will be uploaded via a LINK provided by Mission Jeunesse.
- attends WYD group leader meetings (or by appointment, depending on the registration date)
All pilgrims:
- It is advised to keep a personal copy of each document and email received.
- Registrations without the first non-refundable payment will NOT be accepted.
- Please read the information on the amounts, schedule and deadline of deposits, and automatic deposits.
- Please make sure that all information pvided are true and exact. Each modification requested following the registration will incur a $150 fee. NO EXCEPTION.
MJ-Youth Ministry reserves the right not to accept the registration of any pilgrim who does not meet the terms and conditions or the pilgrim profile, even if they complete their online registration with payment.
