In our daily lives we are called upon to interact with family members, colleagues, friends and strangers. However, our experience can reveal that there are times when we feel truly listened to, welcomed for who we are in what we say. Conversely, we have probably also experienced moments that have left us feeling misunderstood.
Listening is a powerful ingredient in communication, learning, getting to know each other, building each other up, resolving conflict, etc… How do we really listen?
